At Creativity Art Workshops, we’ve spent over 10 years inspiring children across London through purposeful, immersive art education led by real artists and educators. Our holiday camps in London are delivered as Kreativity Camps, our dedicated camps experience within the Creativity Art Workshops family. Each day is thoughtfully designed to nurture confidence, imagination, and self-expression through creative art projects.
Our approach celebrates the creative process: children are encouraged to experiment, ask questions, take creative risks, and develop their own ideas. Sessions foster curiosity, critical thinking, and collaboration, helping children build resilience and creative confidence in a joyful, supportive environment.
Children don’t just make art here, they build, move, act, and proudly share their creations through playful presentations that celebrate individuality and voice. We’re excited to bring this creative energy to the Hall at St Stephen’s, a spacious and inspiring setting that allows for larger-scale projects, group activities, and immersive creative experiences.

The Kid’s Castle
Creative Fun in Notting Hill, W2 5QT
Affectionately called The Kid’s Castle, our venue at St. Stephen’s Church in Westbourne Park has been the heart of our Creativity Art Workshops for many years. This bright and inspiring space bursts with painting, music, movement, and joyful creativity, a place where children truly feel free to express themselves.
We always choose spacious, welcoming venues that are specially designed to host children, from educational halls to beautiful church spaces, where safety, comfort, and inspiration go hand in hand. These environments give our young artists room to move, dance, and create without limits.
Surrounded by history and character, they invite children to dream big, from imagining they're painting in a medieval castle to feeling like they’ve stepped into a world of dragons and magical creatures.
We’re also lucky to have incredible parks just around the corner, perfect for outdoor sketching, nature-inspired activities, and playful exploration that feeds the imagination. This sense of space and wonder is key to how we teach, through play, storytelling, and meaningful artistic discovery.

Our brand-new venue beside Holy Trinity Church in Brook Green is a bright, secure, and inspiring space where Creativity Art Workshops come to life. Designed for little artists with big ideas, it offers the perfect setting for hours of joyful, art-filled fun.
With nearby parks ideal for outdoor sketching and nature-inspired activities, it's a creative haven in the heart of a family-friendly neighbourhood.

Finding Our Art Studio at St. Stephen’s (W2)
Walk around the church to find the entrance at the corner of St. Stephens Crescent and Westbourne Park Road. This cozy space is where we host after-school clubs, art parties, and creative workshops throughout the year. Want to book your own Family Art Day or Birthday Party? Safeguarding, Safety & Complaints
Creativity Art Workshops, trading name of Kreativity Studio Ltd, is committed to providing a safe, supportive and well-managed environment for all children attending our workshops, after-school clubs and private events.
We have appropriate Safeguarding and Operational Policies in place to ensure our activities are delivered responsibly and in line with UK best practice. These policies support the safe running of our sessions and the wellbeing of all children and staff involved.
All complaints are taken seriously and will be investigated and responded to within 24 hours.

CONDITIONS
Creativity Art Workshops is the trading name of Kreativity Studio Ltd.
Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking via Pembee, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Holiday Art Camps – Cancellation & Late Pick-Up Policy.
1. Bookings & General Information
All Holiday Art Camp bookings are managed exclusively via Pembee, our secure booking and payment platform.
Bookings will be confirmed automatically through Pembee.

Pre-booking is essential for all camps.
Any medical, educational or additional support needs must be disclosed at the time of booking via Pembee.
2. Holiday Art Camps
Bookings & Availability
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
The half-day option is not available for Holiday Art Camps.
A 10% sibling discount applies for siblings(where applicable within Pembee).
Cancellations & Changes
Cancellations made at least 10 days before the camp start date will receive a full refund, processed via Pembee.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 working days.
With 7 days’ notice or more, camp dates may be changed, subject to availability.
Cancellations made with fewer than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.
3. Drop-off & Pick-up Policy
Standard Times
Standard camp hours are from 10:00 to 3:00 pm. All children must be collected promptly.
Early & Late Pick-up
Early drop-off (from 9:30 am) and/or late pick-up (until 3:30 pm) are available by prior arrangement only, subject to availability and must be booked and paid in advance via Pembee.
Fees: £18 (early + late) or £9 (one option).
Unauthorised Late Pick-up
Late collection without prior arrangement will incur a £10 charge, payable via Pembee. Parents/carers must inform the Camp Leader as soon as possible if delayed.
4. Absence
If your child cannot attend a booked day, parents/carers must notify the Camp Manager.
Absences do not qualify for refunds or replacement sessions.
5. Venue Cancellation
In exceptional circumstances where Creativity Art Workshops needs to cancel a camp day:
Families will be notified as early as possible.
A suitable alternative date will be offered where available, or a full refund will be issued via Pembee.
6. After School Clubs
After School Clubs are booked via the school administration.
Payments are processed securely through Pembee or Stripe, depending on the school’s system.
Missed sessions cannot be retrieved or refunded.
7. Insurance
All children and staff are covered by Public Liability Insurance provided by Morton Michel Ltd.
8. Photography & Video
Photographs and videos may be taken during camps for promotional and informational purposes.
If you do not wish your child to be included, please indicate this during booking on Pembee or inform the Camp Manager.
9. Behaviour Code of Conduct
Creativity Art Workshops promotes a calm, respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove a child from a session if behaviour compromises safety or wellbeing. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is collected and processed securely via Pembee and used solely for administering bookings and communicating relevant information. We do not share personal data with third parties.
11. Liability & Risk
While all reasonable care is taken to ensure safety, participation in creative and physical activities involves an element of inherent risk. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under English law.
