FOOD & ALLERGIES:

 

  • Every child should bring his/her own packed lunch to eat at the camp. Lunchtime is around 12:15 pm.

  • All camps include snacks and drinks, please let us know about allergies. 

  • Creative Art Camps can get a little messy so please make sure your little ones wear old clothes!

Please fill in our joining form. We will send you an email to confirm your booking and payment details. Once we have received this amount transferred, we will send you a booking confirmation.

TERMS &

CONDITIONS

  • Bookings: All bookings will be confirmed by email info@creativityartworkshops.com

  •  

  • HOLIDAY CAMPS

  • Pre-booking essential.

  • 10% discount for siblings and groups (+4 kids) 

  • The half-day option is not available in this camp.

  • Limited places. 

  • You can retrieve your missing day at our next Art Camp. (Please note prices may increase from one year to the next)

  • If you give us at least 10 days' notice before the date(s) you would like to cancel, we will refund all monies paid. Please allow 10 working days to process refunds.

  • If you give us 7 or more days’ notice you will be able to change your dates, subject to availability, free of charge.

  • Our Camps accept payments via Paypal and/or by credit or debit card via Transfer Bank.

  • Complete joining form and full payment must be paid at least 3 days before attending camp, or your child will be unable to attend camp.

  • Venue Cancellation:

  • In exceptional circumstances, we may have to cancel particular dates, in this event, we will try to give those booked onto the program at least 10 days’ notice and will offer a suitable alternative if one is available, or refund all monies paid for the dates cancelled if preferred.

  • All children MUST be collected by 3 pm.

  • If for any reason you are unable to collect it by 3 pm, we ask that you call the Art Camp leader as soon as possible.

  • AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS

  • Pre-booking essential at the begging of the term via school administration. 

  • Limited places, groups up to 18 children. Ratio 1:10 2:18/20 pupils.

  • 60' clubs duration. Suitable for Years 1-6.

  • Pupils can not retrieve a missing day.

  • C.A.W accept payments via Paypal and/or by credit or debit card via Transfer Bank.

  • Clubs payments are subject to the school terms & conditions with extracurricular activities.

  • Insurance: All children and art teachers in our care are covered by our Public Liability Insurance Morton Michel ltd.

  • Notice of Absence: If a child is not attending a scheduled day on camp, parents/carers must telephone the Art Camp Manager David to allow us to update records. If a pupil, at our after school, is not attending the club, the class is not refunded or retrieved.

  • Photography and Video: Please be aware that Creativity ArtWorkshops occasionally take photographs/videos of children on Holiday Camps for promotional and informational material. Please advise the Camp Manager David at registration, if you have any objections. At the after school clubs, the photographs and videos of children are used only to show parents and pupils their creative process. CAW team organise every term a private art exhibition with students artworks and an art movie.

  • Behaviour Code of Conduct: Creative Art Camps & After school clubs encourages a relaxed atmosphere on Camp and aims to promote positive behaviour at all times.

  • Upon booking you agree that your child or children will:

    • Respect the property of others

    • Be patient, honest, fair, and polite to others

    • Not use abusive or obscene language

    • Not be aggressive in the way they speak or behave towards others

    • Respect and treat others as they would wish to be treated

  • Data Protection: We will use your details to contact you via email or text for future information about our services. We don't share any of our databases with any other company.
